We the undersigned, having sold and conveyed to J. A. James and Go., of Cincinnati for a certain sum per'copy, (to be paid by them to us, or to our order, and to be appropriated to two public charitable institutions, as agreed on between ourselves, for all that shall be printed; the exclusive right of printing and publishing the DEBATE on the ROMAN CATHOLIC RELIGION, held in the Sycamore Street Meeting House, Cincinnati, from the 13th to the 21st. of January 1837, inclusive, between ourselves, and taken down by Reporters, employed by the said J. A. James & Co., and revised, corrected, and approved by us, do hereby make known that the edition or editions published by J. A. James & Co., or by their authority, and revised by us, must be considered the only correct and authorized editions of said DEBATE.
